Process design from concept to detailed engineering for industrial plants
PASAPCO provides process engineering for mining, metals, oil and gas, and petrochemical facilities, including supporting process and utility systems. From feasibility studies through detailed engineering, we establish design requirements, evaluate operating conditions, and develop the process information needed for equipment selection and plant design. Our work addresses production requirements, utility demand, equipment performance, resource efficiency, and reliable operation.

Main services
Basic engineering and process simulation
Prepare process design bases and process flow diagrams; define major equipment requirements and estimate water, energy, and other utility demands.
Detailed process engineering
Development of P&IDs in coordination with piping and instrumentation disciplines. Preparation of process equipment datasheets and utility flow diagrams defining operating requirements, control functions, and utility interfaces.
Supporting process and utility systems
Define and analyze the systems that serve plant operations, including hydraulic requirements and transient conditions where applicable.
Process equipment procurement support
Preparation of engineering documents and technical specifications for equipment procurement. Technical evaluation of vendor proposals against process duties.
