Materials and specifications
Preparation of piping classes and material specifications, including pipe wall thickness, valves, fittings, flanges, and insulation requirements.

Engineering piping networks for demanding industrial facilities
PASAPCO develops piping and utility systems for mining, metals, oil and gas, petrochemical, power, and water and wastewater projects. Our services cover conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering, from establishing design criteria to preparing documents for construction. We turn process data and equipment requirements into piping systems that account for flow, pressure, temperature, available space, and access for operation and maintenance.

Engineering scope
Preparation of piping classes and material specifications, including pipe wall thickness, valves, fittings, flanges, and insulation requirements.
Design of plant utility networks, including pipe sizing, pressure-loss calculations, and assessment of required flow rates and supply pressures, with utility P&IDs and supporting calculation reports.
Modeling of piping routes, equipment connections, and supports based on P&IDs, with reviews for clashes, clearances, and maintenance access.
Preparation of piping arrangement drawings, isometrics, line lists, and material take-offs for procurement and construction.
Preparation of material requisitions for pipes, valves, fittings, and specialty items. Technical evaluation of supplier offers against piping classes, pressure ratings, and material requirements.
Evaluation of sustained, thermal, and occasional loads to establish pipe flexibility, support arrangements, equipment nozzle loads, and loads transferred to structures.
