PASAPCO provides integrated plant engineering, layout, 3D modeling, and BIM services for mining, metals, oil and gas, and petrochemical facilities. We translate process requirements and multidisciplinary engineering inputs into coordinated plant arrangements that support construction, operation, and maintenance. From conceptual plot plans to detailed design and BIM coordination, we address equipment placement, material flow, infrastructure interfaces, and access requirements. Through layout optimization and coordinated engineering, we improve space utilization, reduce unnecessary structural and utility works, and help lower construction and lifecycle costs.

Evaluation of arrangement alternatives to improve space utilization, shorten material handling and utility routes, and reduce construction and lifecycle costs.
Equipment arrangement and maintenance access
Detailed positioning of equipment with adequate clearances for operation, inspection, maintenance, component removal, lifting, and installation.
3D plant modeling and clash resolution
Development of coordinated models covering equipment, structures, buildings, piping, utilities, and electrical systems, including supplier-provided equipment models, with reviews to resolve clashes, clearance issues, and interface conflicts.
Constructability and brownfield integration
Assessment of erection access, construction sequencing, installation space, and interfaces with existing facilities, including plant modifications and planned tie-ins.
BIM coordination and model deliverables
Coordination of discipline models and associated engineering data to meet project information requirements, with revision control, information exchange, and preparation of model-based drawings, schedules, and quantity reports.
